Recreational
Recreational youth soccer is designed for players of all skill levels who want to enjoy the sport in a relaxed and fun environment. This level of soccer focuses on introducing children to the game, developing basic skills, and fostering a love for the sport without the pressure of intense competition. It’s an excellent choice for families looking for a casual and accessible way to engage their kids in sports.

At this level there is one practice a week on a weekday evening from 5:30-6:30 and one game on the weekend.

Home Games are played in Durham.
Field TBD depending on team/schedule.

​Teams are led by dedicated volunteer coaches from various backgrounds, including parents and former players. They are committed to creating a fun environment for young athletes to enjoy soccer while developing skills and friendships.

Select
Select youth soccer is a step up from recreational soccer, designed for players who have developed basic skills and are looking for a more competitive and challenging environment. It is typically a competitive league where players are selected based on their skill level and commitment. Select soccer focuses on improving individual skills, fostering teamwork, and providing more opportunities for players to compete against higher-level teams.

At this level there are two practices a week from 6:30-7:30
and games on the weekend.​
​
Includes time for strategy study.
